好像一切都很糟糕

Ayşe, Ali, Mehmet and Zeynep are middle-class millennials struggling to make ends meet in Istanbul. Either still living with their parents or hardly getting by without help from their families, they are all beset by similar woes: money crunch, joblessness, social isolation. In view of the world’s horrors that Zeynep enumerates in her diary entries, these are minor problems, ‘slight disasters’, but they are all-consuming, at least to the extent of making them cry in the still of the night. 　　However, Umut Subasi’s first feature, Almost Entirely a Slight Disaster, is not a melodrama. With an appealingly light touch, it diagnoses the malaise of a generation that has run up against a dead end, one whose future prospects are indistinguishable from a game of chance. This is a world where astrology, the lottery and online personality tests compete with visa and job applications as life-shaping elements. 　　Fittingly, the film is structured around chance and coincidence, with its handful of characters encountering each other in every permutation, as though there were no world outside this small social bubble. 精灵宝可梦：幻影的霸者索罗亚克

 在风景秀丽，气候宜人的王冠市，即将举行神奇宝贝足篮世界杯比赛，届时，大批的观众和训练师会涌入此处，整个城市将会陷入一片欢乐的海洋之中。小智（松本梨香 配音）一行人正在前往王冠市的路上，旅途中，他们遇见了名为索罗亚的神秘神奇宝贝，它不仅能够幻化成人类的姿态，还能够通过心电感应和人类交流。小智和索罗亚结伴前行，哪知道王冠市竟然发生了神奇宝贝暴动事件，雷公、炎帝和水君本是城市的守护神，却不知为何向市民们发起了进攻，城市之中一片混乱景象。这一切的始作俑者是名为克林克斯（阵内孝则 配音）的企业家，而他亦是索罗亚想要寻找的同伴。
