大学教员商剑飞在跟一群女学生进行赏月晚会时，月亮骤变赤色.跟着奥秘的约魔呈现，杀死多名学生。商剑飞开始被怀疑为杀人凶手。后经图书馆长楚依人从她爸爸留下的一本柬埔寨文的书本中，找到了大母太阴女神的民间传说，才洗脱嫌疑。为了清查工作本相。商剑飞与担任办此案的督察秦狱等一起前往柬埔寨。他在哪里遇到了黑风族公主白露。也找到了供大母太阴女神的墓地。世人总算合力除去了在三十年后重生的月魔。
