新管家的性爱

　　一处废弃草丛，发生一系列诡异的杀人魔连环杀人事件，让警探阿邦（琼姆芭丝康饰演）展开调查。某夜，他们遇到乔伊丝（吉莲维琴西奥饰演）与她的一群朋友，扬言要在这片草丛中上哀悼惨遭杀害的亲友，实际上她们也是为了调查这一连串真相，而来到了这片草丛。两边人马开始在草丛中搜寻，竟意外发现杀人魔可能并非人类，更像是神秘的超自然力量；而另一位神秘人物史蒂芬（克里斯多夫加西亚饰演），则掌握着这个超自然杀手魔的关键真相…。

本片改编自足立绅同名小说，电影版是包括未公开场景的导演剪辑版本。年过40却依然不受欢迎的编剧、没有收入的废柴丈夫·柳田豪太（风间俊介 饰），与吃软饭一样的丈夫和儿子一起维持生活、拒绝丈夫的邀请、还破口大骂的可怕妻子·柳田千花（MEGUMI 饰），两人之间展开了又笑又哭的夫妇故事。

　　恐怖和奇怪的事件困扰着玛雅和她家人的生活，她怀疑舅舅和舅妈是幕后黑手，因为他们一直想要获得玛雅家从外公那里继承的房子和土地。但是这种贪恋吸引了一股可怕的力量，这股力量的目标是玛雅全家。

　　Following her mother’s death, manga artist Soriya travels to her ancestral home in Phnom Penh, with hopes of reconnecting with her distant family and using the visit as inspiration for her work. All goes well initially. Renting an apartment in Metta, a rundown Khmer Rouge-era housing complex, her visit to her maternal relatives finds her welcomed with open arms. But Soriya’s waking hours in the apartment and its surroundings are punctuated by terrifying, bloody visions, almost as though she were a conduit for horrors of the past wanting to seep into the present.　　Inrasothythep Neth and Sokyou Chea’s blood-chilling psychological horror explores a personal and political past through the present, transforming a characterful space into an insidious environment. Surrounded by modern high-rises, this decrepit structure, with its brutalist architecture and peeling surfaces, is a relic from a dark period in history whose painful memories it has absorbed. In tracing Soriya’s ominous journey back to her roots, Tenement hints at a necessary reckoning with Cambodia’s political past without overplaying its historical dimension. It’s an impressive work from a woefully underrepresented national cinema.
